| Google CEO Larry Page Developing A Self Driving Air-Taxi In New Zealand |

Google CEO Larry Page Developing A Self Driving Air-Taxi In New Zealand

Google co-founder and CEO Larry Page unveiled a Self Driving Air-Taxi  after several days of research. Named Cora, which is an electric aircraft. It runs through the electric charge and driven by drones. Cora can fly 100 km (62 miles) on a single charger. Peoples can operate Cora by "self flying software combined with human oversight".  It will be also available for customer's service, Cora is developed from parent company Kitty Walk in New Zealand. The research will end next 4-5 years and Air-Taxi will run  soon. Kitty walk told in the research time two sits are available for passengers.
The main advantage is it does not need any runway to land and can take off vertically. New Zealand government welcomed this project progression of future technology.

After eight years of experiment this Air-Taxi build up by Kitty Hawk which is a California based company.

See what they told about this-

It rises like a helicopter and lands vertically. Means it doesn't need any runway. Peoples can operate Cora by self-flying software, that's why pilot training is not required. They told that, thay want to available this service at very cheap price.

Another company  Ride-sharing giant Uber is also working on self flying Air-Taxi, on thair own way. Now this company is waiting for approval.

Are Robots Really Helping People | How Robots Are Doing Our Future Damage |

Robot's functionality:

Nowadays, many robots are being built based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Now all the work is almost done by robot, all the hard work of the people. It takes a lot of time to manage by people but robots can done this in a minute, or in a sec. For them there are many revolutions are happening around the world. Robots are doing that things, which people can't do.
Everything came exactly right, but there are some fears about robot in peoples mind.

Fears:

  • If ever robot be more intelligent than humans. The robot's order will run on the people. Then human will lose control over the robots.
  • If all the work is done by robot, So what will people do? If all companies done thair works with robots in the place of people, then people will not get jobs. Unemployment will increase.

  • One practical example is: UBER car drivers are afraid of one thing, that is automated cars. Which is driven by robots. If robots drive cars, what will people do?
  • [ Some crimes will be decrease, but unfortunately loss will happen to humans. ]
  • Acquire knowledge and skills and to apply them, can be subdivided by four parts, which is: Problem Solving Ability, Behavioral Spec, Morality and Emotion. These four quality is symptoms of intelligence.
  • If Robots are built based on artificial intelligence which is the king of remarkable behaviour and cognitive intelligence. 2 properties are already present on AI based robots. In last two case, some robots have emotional intelligence. They can't feel this emotions but understand it.
  • In case moral intelligence, Robot is still not able to understand Moral Intelligent. That means they have not yet been given the power to understand it.
  • Technology is improving at such speed, we can not keep pace with them. For which we're going to get nervous.

Do not be afraid, we have to know more, have to read more. We have to move forward with technology. And we have to give best.
We have to keep our hopes, have to do more works in future and have to increase our work skills.

For What Purpose Alexa Is Used:

It is capable of voice recognition, can play, change, stop music, streaming videos, it can make to-do lists, can set alarms, can show daily news, can play audiobooks, can book a table in nearby restaurant, can show forecast weather, can sent daily jokes, and can show real-time traffic and other information.
Alexa can also control several smart devices using itself as a home automation system.

A Big Bug In Asia:

Many people are use Amazon echo speaker but they noticed a major bug. That Alexa is laughing suddenly for no reason.
Some people making joke and tweet that "i told Alexa for turn on light, but it is laughing constantly"
Other one said, "I told nothing to Alexa, but it is suddenly wake up and laughing by itself'
Amazon tolt that it happens duo to misunderstanding, some time Alexa hear that "Alexa, laugh".  But Amazon don't tell anything why Alexa suddenly start laughing without any command.
Amazon is fixing it by changing things command now this command is "Alexa, can you laugh?" In ans Alexa will be told "Sure i can launch".
That's it for now. All Alexa sufferers don't worry Amazon is going to fix this problem fast.

At last Amazon decided that, Alexa will listen commands atleast 5 sec. After that it will resppre. Alexa not be able to respond multiple queries. At a time one. And you can stop conversation in the middle my saying "Thank You" or "Stop".

What is Virtual Private Network (VPN)| Why VPN is used| VPN Protocols|

  • Actually what is VPN

VPN means Virtual Private Network. Far users and branch offices of same organization can securely access associated applications and other network resources through VPN. Because VPN creates a safe connection over respectively less safe network. VPN technology also creates encrypted connection. Single users can send and receive data through VPN secretly to connect proxy servers. They can hide their personal data and can write anonymously.

2 types of VPN:

VPN is a point-to-point connection between a VPN client and server or it is a site-to-site connection between two VPN servers. Site to site VPNs are created from firewall to routers. When VPN is connected on two branch offices it's should be site to site connection. Online security given by the VPN is accomplished by point to point tunnel.
When devices are connected with the internet using a VPN,  mobile users or home internet users can access other side of the VPN, with the help of IP Address (Internet Protocol). Because it creates a VPN tunnel from the client to the sever.

VPN protocols:

  1. Open VPN
  2. Internet Protocol Security (IPSec)
  3. Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol (SSTL)
  4. Layer To Tunneling Protocol (L2TP)
  5. Point To Point Tunneling Protocol ( PPTP)

  • Unblocking VPNs:

Unblocking VPNs can provide authorization to access those blocked country servers.
Ex- From online shopping site xyz.com gives best offers in US. But you stay in India. By using VPN you can access this online store as a US user.

  • Blocking VPNs:

Some countries use blocking VPN. Because it's official or government internet. For no one from outside can access it.

What Is Actually The Samsung Galaxy S9's "Intelligent Scan Technology" | How Does It Works | How It Is Different From The Previous Face Recognition & Iris Scanning Technology.

Introduction

Samsung launched its Highly anticipated Current Year's Flagship Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ on Sunday, 25 March during a Press Conference in MWC 2018, Barcelona, Spain. The smartphones, though quite similar in physical design, with no major overhaul, but still packs in interesting and top level specs that everyone expects from a flagship device. Besides, there are also some interesting upgrades in specifications also, such as in Camera department, and other internal specs. Apart from that, there is also upgradation in security features.
Talking about the security features, there is a new 'technological term' that might be quite new for some people or for many. That's the "Intelligent Scan".
Let's get clear about "Intelligent Scan"

What is Actually The "Intelligent Scan" Technology?

"Intelligent Scan" is a new term in Security Features by Samsung, which is basically a combination of Face Unlock Technology & Iris Scanning Technology.
Yes, it still uses the same 2-Dimensional Face Recognition Technology and the Iris Scanning Technology that has been introduced by Samsung itself, in the previously launched Galaxy Note 7, Galaxy S8 & S8+.

How It Actually Works?

Intelligent Scan basically comprises both 2D Face Recognition Technology and Iris Recognition Technology. With the Intelligent Scan Technology, the smartphone first scans for your face, then it will check for your irises. If both the Face Recognition and Iris Scanning fails, then it will combine both the technology to unlock the device, i.e. both the Face Recognition Technology and Iris Scanning Technology will be used then. And yes, it all works rapid fast but now that much secure than before. *See next part for more details.

Does It Means More Security?

According to Reports, though the combination of two unlocking technology is used in Galaxy S9 and S9+, it is definitely fast but not secure. That means, not much secure than previous years S8 & S8+. According to Samsung, Intelligent Scan uses the “collective strength of iris scanning and facial recognition technology” to unlock the device, but it is not yet available for Samsung Pay Authentication purposes.
In contrast to Apple's Face ID, Samsung current flagships are still far behind as Apple's Face ID essentially uses the TrueDepth front-facing camera system on the iPhone X to analyse over 30,000 “invisible dots” to create a 3D-image of a face. Apple claims FaceID is so accurate on the iPhone X that it can’t be fooled, even with a mask. With these, it's clear that in terms of security, Apple's iPhone X is quite secure in terms of Face Recognition Technology. But to be Clear, it's not like that Samsung, S9 and S9+ is not secure, or something like that, it's aslo quite secured in terms of security or Intelligent Scan Technology, but not like the Apple's iPhone X's one. Both the smartphones, be it Apple iPhone X or Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+, are quite powerful, secure and cool flagship devices that one can buy, if planning to buy a new flagship device from Apple or Samsung.

What is Artificial Intelligence or AI | Why AI Is Important | Why Artificial Intelligence Is Future.

Introduction : Artificial Intelligence (AI) is generally referred to the intelligence demonstrated or exhibited by any machine, as compared to the Natural Intelligence (NI) exhibited by humans and other animals.

Why Artificial Intelligence Is Important?
Artificial Intelligence became an integral part of our lives. In day to day life, we are starting to use AI in different forms, which thus making our lives much easier. Ai, being a technology, helping to reduce human efforts. Today our lives are well shaped by AI as it's use in day-to-day life is increasing gradually. In different industries today, there are wide varieties of places, where works are done by the aid of AI.
AI provides accurate results and values even with the extensively huge calculations with immense complexities within a fraction of seconds, which is generally not possible for a human being to do so.
Today AI is thoroughly used in Medical Sciences. They are used in complex researches and analysis. They are making things easier and aslo time saving. AI is aslo used for providing virtual health care assistance to patients and aslo used for scheduling purposes and that is 24 hours around the clock.
Ai is also used for Financial Assistance in Banks. There are many instances where AI is used in these sectors. They are used for Financial operations, Stock market operations, automated calculations of financial matters with relevance, etc., thus providing a quick and faster helping hand to the customers.
Like the instances mentioned above, AI is also used in Transport Systems eg. Air Transport, aslo used in Industrial Functioning and control, be it small or large, AI is also used in Engineering, General and scientific Research and Analysis, Scientific Calculations and future based calculations such as weather analysis etc.
All these things mentioned, could not be possible without the aid of AI.

Why Artificial Intelligence Is The Future?

Climate Change Predictions: As mentioned before, AI is there for us, for making our lives easier and free from work load. Not only this, AI is actually the Future of Science and Technology, Economic Development, Medical Sciences, etc. There are many uses of AI, even right now, that suggests that AI is Future.
As already discussed, AI is used in Future Climatic Predictions and Analysis. In today world, there are multiple instances where sudden changes in climatic conditions affected Human Lives at greater extent, for eg. Earthquakes, Cyclones, Tsunamis, Floods etc. These mainly happened due to the failure of proper climatic predictions. But with the aid of AI, it is possible in real time to predict, calculate, and analyse climatic changes and variations.

Vehicle Automation (or Self Driving Cars) : We all may have already heard about Driverless Car or Self Driving Cars or Automated Cars. This concept is gathering around us for a few years, which is based fully on Artificial Intelligence. Google has already tested Self driving cars in 2012. The US Transportation Department has released definitions of different levels of automation back then. AI based automation of different types of vehicles is not so far from now, that we will be seeing automated buses, trains, cars etc. that would be fully operated and controlled by Artificial Intelligence.
Apart from these above mentioned topics, there are numerous other future based projects that AI is going to dominate to make our lives much easier and effort free.
For eg. Digital Virtual Assistants that can directly interact with users and can help save time and resources for Human beings.
AI can be used in Military Applications, Cognitive Thinking, Cyborg(Cyber Organism) Technology, i.e. Transformation of organic Human body to a combination of Organic and Artificial mechanical parts in the sense of increasing natural Human abilities.

There are several projects going on based on Artificial Intelligence such as Google DeepMind, that learns emotions, thinking etc. day by day acquiring highest possible Intelligence.
Moreover, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Data mining, Data Science, etc. finds extensive applications of Artificial Intelligence.
There are other multiple instances that clearly visualize that Artificial Intelligence is going to take more integral place in our lives than what it is right now. One day we may find AI is dominating that is being utilised in majority aspects to make Human Life much easier simpler and more effort free. But there is also a drawback of AI if not maintained, regulated or controlled in proper way and that drawback might be easily denoted by The Terminator type thing. But this is far future, this may not even happen ever, whatsoever but it is not going to happen anytime soon. But the main thing is that Artificial Intelligence, is properly maintained and regulated, will so much useful and helpful, not only for today but also in distant future, that we might not even think about. And there are many instances even right now that signifies that one. These are, as already mentioned, Self Driving Cars, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Data Science etc.

What is USB Type-C | Why There Is So Craze About It & Why Is It So Important.

Introduction : USB-C, technically known as USB Type-C, is a 24-pin USB connector system, which is distinguished by its 2 fold rotational-symmetrical connector.
The USB 3.0 standard was published in 2008 and allows for theoretical speeds of around 5.0 Gbit/s.
The specifications for USB-C were first published in 2014.
Type-C cable is reversible. That means that it doesn’t matter which way you connect it.

Why Is It So Important & Popular Nowadays.
USB Type-C is basically a new addition to previous popular USB Type-A and B. As an Upgrade, USB Type C is much faster in data transferring and as well charging. It is slowly spreading to all electronic devices that is required for either data transfer or charging or both, such as Smartphone, Laptops etc. Though USB Type C is not that new, but still many devices even the newly released, lacks one. The specifications for USB-C were first published in 2014.

USB Type C is very useful and future proof. It is quite powerful as well, because the same USB Type C cable can charge a smartphone, connect other USB devices to laptops or desktop, and all these with just a small and compact size of it.
USB Type C is reversible. It means that it doesn't matter which way you connect the cable, which is not the case with the USB Type A or B.
USB Type C supports Backward Compatibility.
USB Type C also has the capability to use it as a headphone jack, i.e. replacing the standard 3.5 mm headphones jack.
These are the reasons that paved the way for the USB Type C to replace the previous USB standards and thereby becoming popular day by day, thus many devices are coming with USB Type C nowadays and in future aslo we will be seeing USB Type C in many more devices as the  device manufacturers are gradually including them in their devices.

What are Dual Cameras in Smartphones | How Do They work | Technology Behind It & Types of Dual Cameras Used.

Introduction -  Dual cameras in Smartphones are generally referred to the use of two (2) cameras in the front or rear or both sides of a Smartphone which basically provides extra functionalities or features such as more clarity, Bokeh Effects, Wide angle shots etc., than the Smartphones that are having single camera's.
There are mainly 4 Types of Dual Cameras that are used by Smartphone Manufacturers nowadays.
They are -
1. The Depth Sensor Camera System
2. The Wide-Angle Camera System
3. The Telephoto Camera System
4. The Monochrome Camera System.
Let's know them better in details.
1. The Depth Sensor Camera System - In this system, the primary camera is accompanied by a second camera whose only function is to 3D map the area in front of the camera.
The second camera differentiates how far the objects in front of it are with respect to each other. This information is then used to separate the foreground subject from the background. These are mainly used in Honor 7x, Lenovo K8 Plus, Honor 9 Lite.
2. Wide Angle Camera System - As the name suggests, Wide Angle Camera helps to take a wider view of the picture that is taken using it.
The secondary camera produces a wide field of view that allowed the user to capture a much wider area without moving backwards and thus helps to take Wide Angle shots using Smartphones.
3. The Telephoto Camera System - These cameras help to actually lets you zoom into your subject to get 2x lossless optical zoom. In this system of cameras, the secondary lens has twice the focal length of the primary lens, giving you an instant 2x optical zoom. These are mainly used in iPhone's.
4. The Monochrome Camera System -  In this type of camera system the primary camera is accompanied by a nearly identical secondary camera. Both the primary and secondary cameras usually have identical sensors, apertures, lenses and focusing systems. The main difference between the two is that RGB color filter is absent in the secondary camera.
These are the basics of some commonly used Dual Camera systems in Smartphones. The implementation of such cameras are entirely dependent on the basic purpose for which the smartphone cameras are to be used whether for Optical Zoom, or DSLR like Bokeh Effects or Wide angle shots.

How Fingerprint Sensor in Smartphones or Laptops Works, The Technology Behind It & Its Types.

Introduction : A fingerprint sensor is an electronic device used to capture a digital image of the fingerprint pattern.
A fingerprint in its narrow sense is an impression left by the friction ridges of a human finger.
Human fingerprints are detailed, nearly unique, difficult to alter, and durable over the life of an individual, making them suitable as long-term markers of human identity.
A fingerprint in its narrow sense is an impression left by the friction ridges of a human finger.
Basically it recognizes patterns from the highs and lows from your finger. Each finger has a unique patter. Now how it does this in depth depends on which type of fingerprint scanner the phone uses.
Many technologies have been used including optical, capacitive, RF, thermal, piezoresistive, ultrasonic, piezoelectric, MEMS.
There are 3 Basic Types of Fingerprint Sensors:
Optical fingerprint sensor:
These type of sensors have a source light, which emits laser light to a prism. The prism is placed in such an angle to this light that due to total internal reflection, the light emitting from the source touches a side of the prism and reflects back. This reflected light is then captured by a sensor.
This captured light is then converted into a digital image and used for validation. When you place your finger on the sensor, you block the total internal reflection from the source, thereby helping the sensor to take a high resolution picture of your finger.

Capacitive fingerprint sensor:
These type of sensors discard the source light and the prism. They directly use the sensor and charge coupled device under metallic plate. They receive charges from your finger. The ridges of your finger conduct electricity and valleys don’t. This creates a charge pattern in the CCD, which can be used for validation.

Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor:
These sensors emit ultrasonic waves from a source which can travel through glass, metal, etc. but gets reflected by your finger. These reflected waves are captured back by its receiver and a 3D model of your fingerprint is created for validation.
These are the Basic Principles of any Fingerprint Sensor and how the sensors work is entirely dependent on the type of Fingerprint Sensor used in Electronic Devices such as Smartphones or Laptops by the Manufacturers.

How fast charging works. Main technology behind fast charging. Some examples of some fast charging standards. (Qualcomm quick charge, Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging, Apple fast charging, Huawei SuperCharge, OnePlus Dash Charge, Motorola TurboPower)

Introduction:

The rechargeable lithium-ion batteries when discharges, the chemical reaction produces electricity, and when the battery recharges, the chemical reactions absorb power. In non-rechargable batteries, chemical reactions in battery occur only once.

How fast charging works:

Greater current(A) and higher voltages (V) charge batteries faster. That is the main technology behind fast charging.
The product of volts and amps are watts i,e volts (V) × amps (A) = watts (W).
The charge controller (IC) protects against dangerous spikes in current. lithium-ion controllers define the current (in amps) at which the battery charges by measuring the battery’s cell current and voltage, and then adjusting the current flowing. The amount of current the charge controller draws is generally dictated by the phone’s software.

What are caches memory. Does cache have any effect on usage of RAM? Can we delete it without getting some issues in functioning of mobile.

What are caches memory ?

Cache memory, also called CPU memory. It is the part of random access memory. Cache store some data of any app pr software. When any app loads or any software going to load. CPU searches the loading data at first on cache memory. When it find out on cache it doesn't check on the Random access memory.

In the case of mobile (RAM in smartphones)

RAM is faster memory than permanent storage which is SD card, internal storage and external storage. When your processor finds data, it is more faster to retrieve data from your RAM rather than to load it from your permanent storage. And it takes more time. Also it is less effect on the battery of phone when CPU retrieves data from RAM. The RAM works quite different on android phones than PC. Which most of us basic users are better known with it. The Apps after download and install, first loaded in the RAM and then executed. Those Apps in the RAM you are no longer using them and they have been shifted to background. For increase storage and faster transition. The next time use of those apps they will be available for fast retrieval from RAM. The Apps that you use most frequently with continuous usage get placed on the RAM that is if you have enough RAM.

Does cache have any effect on usage of RAM? Can we delete it without getting some issues in functioning of mobile?

As i told before if CPU don't find out data on cache it reloads the app again and again. It needs time, take more space or storage. And it really effect on RAM. So don't clear cache memory. If this app or data is useful to you.
